PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Vista Mar (Ocean Views) is an Eco Residence Resort Community designed to live in harmony with Nature.

The project's 132 hectares are located on a plateau in Hacienda Vieja, Orotina, 30kms west of San Jose and only 4 kms from the new Orotina-Ciudad Colon highway making access to the beaches of the Pacific or major shopping and private hospitals such as Cima Hospital less than 45 minutes in either direction. It's elevation of 660 meters above sea level, similar to Atenas considered by National Geographic Society as the best climate in the world.

The community has its own water supply system, 5 water springs and a deep water well offering unlimited supply of water . The state of the art pumping system allows for great water pressure throughut the project.

The first stage of the project consists of 124 lots which are duly registered as stand alone properties and are not under any constraining regulations. This first stage is already more than 70% sold and stage two six seperate gated communities offering 146 additional lots.

The Project has a series of rules to regulate the cconstruction quality and designs to preserve the integrity of the community not to mention the environment. The roads are made of interlocking stone and the culverts and drainage have all been professionally engineered.



VIEWS



The spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean can be enjoyed from any location of the Project. One can see to the south from Punta Leona to Jicaral in the Nicoya Gulf. The west of San Jose is visible to the east and north (Santa Anna and Ciudad Colon) as well as Barroeta Mountains, San Pablo and San Pedro de Turrubares and Puriscal are visible to the south. This project is unique for its climate, mountains, jungles and views as well as its proximity to San Jose and the beaches of the Pacific.

The project limits, to the south has the Chompipe Biological Reserve, a protected primsry forest of 100 hectares and to the north, east and west with 37 hectares of primary forest which are reserved for recreation and offer trails that facilitate the enjoyment and tranquility of nature.

There are three varieties of monkeys and lots of tucans, parrots and other varieties of birds. The project limits to the north with Pital Creek, a source of life and freshness.
